Well, there are more countries below sea level. Take Bangladesh, or even states of countries like Louisiana (USA). Holland Innovation ánd Waterland; for once our big international mouth makes sense. And besides, an UN-coalition is quickly glued if there is a lot of money at stake. Interesting and unique also, such a North/South-bond...
